Recently, in order to strengthen and standardize the construction and management of archives informatization projects and promote the digital reform of archives work, Ningbo Archives held a training on informatization project construction management.

　　Zhou Wei, deputy director of Ningbo Big Data Center, gave guidance and explanation on the basis, process, common problems and precautions of project construction management from three aspects: the basis and standard of information management, the pre-project process management and the project construction process management. Through this training, we not only learned the relevant knowledge of the whole process management of the informatization project, but also had a certain understanding of the problems that are easy to encounter in the process, which provided a learning reference for the standardized management of the construction of archive informatization projects in the future.
