On June 15, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission organized a project acceptance meeting, and a review team composed of five experts in the industry accepted the "Ningbo 'at most once' electronic archive management unified platform and digital archives upgrading and transformation project" built by our museum, and the relevant persons in charge of the Municipal Internet Information Office, the Municipal Finance Bureau and the Municipal Big Data Bureau attended the meeting.
At the acceptance meeting, the expert group unanimously agreed that the project passed the acceptance by reviewing relevant materials, listening to work reports, watching the demonstration of results, and through questioning, discussion and Q&A. The expert group believes that the project has completed all construction contents, achieved the construction goals, the system is running stably, the documentation is complete, and it meets the completion acceptance conditions.
The project was approved by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission in October 2018, started construction in January 2019, and took three years to complete. Through the construction of a unified platform for electronic archiving management covering municipal, district and county (city) archives, and the upgrading and transformation of digital archives, the unified receipt, archiving and management of archival resources such as electronic documents, electronic official documents and public data for municipal affairs services in Ningbo have been realized, so as to improve the efficiency of archives collection and sharing, and improve the level of archives governance and service capabilities.
In the next step, our library will take the initiative to connect with the digital reform of services, continuously improve the system functions, steadily promote the exchange and sharing of inter-library and inter-library archival information, build an integrated archives management service platform in the city, provide efficient and high-quality technical support for Ningbo's municipal affairs services, and contribute to the archival strength of accelerating the construction of a modern coastal metropolis.
