In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and directives on production safety, and based on the decision-making and deployment of safety production work by the provincial and municipal committees, on May 22, Director Zhang Huiyi led a team to conduct a comprehensive safety hazard investigation throughout the museum based on self-inspection and self-correction by the departments.

　　The inspection team conducted on-site inspections in the archives storage room, service rooms, data machine room, equipment machine room, outsourced service rooms, exhibition halls, etc., checking against the "Nine Preventive Measures" for archives, comprehensively inspecting the implementation of safety systems, and carefully identifying safety hazards in facilities, archives, and network data.
　　Zhang Huiyi emphasized that safety is the top priority in archival work, and ensuring the safety of archives is the duty of every archival worker. First, we must strengthen the bottom line of safety awareness. We must enforce safety responsibilities, ensuring accountability and effective measures, and regularly conduct safety knowledge and skills training to enhance the safety risk prevention and emergency response capabilities of all staff. Second, we must ensure the implementation of safety systems. We should comprehensively apply human, physical, and technical preventive measures, strengthen safety supervision of key locations, and strictly implement various systems such as monthly safety reports, daily inspections, and dual-person access to and from storage, thereby solidifying risk management. Third, we must ensure the safety of archival information. We need to work together with contractors and supervisors, clarify responsibilities, and strengthen safety supervision over personnel, facilities, and processes involved in the digital processing and open review of archives, ensuring data security. At the same time, we should effectively utilize safety measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection, and web tamper-proofing to empower the safety of archival network information.
