Recently, Yu Bin, deputy director of Ningbo Municipal Archives, led the municipal archives data off-site backup team to Changchun Municipal Archives to carry out the annual off-site backup of important archival data. The content of this backup is mainly based on the digitization achievements and registration backup data of important archives of Ningbo Municipal and District (County and City) Archives, with a data volume of 119TB.

　　On December 10, the two sides held a ceremony for the off-site backup and handover of important archive data, and completed the data handover and backup storage tasks. This off-site backup work has effectively improved the security of important archival data in the city and further deepened the exchanges and cooperation between the archival undertakings of the two places.
