The research team visited the on-site inspection hall and exhibition hall of the Ningbo Archives on the spot to understand the epidemic prevention and control work of the museum and the situation of "off-site archiving and inter-library service". The research team held a special symposium on the construction of the provincial archives data center, and listened to the Ningbo Municipal Archives about the construction of the archive directory center, the project of "off-site archiving, cross-library service", and the construction of the inter-library sharing platform for the people's livelihood archives. And solicit opinions and suggestions on the construction of the province's archive data center.
Zheng Jinyue highly affirmed the work of the Ningbo Archives. He pointed out that the Ningbo Archives actively explored and had certain creativity in inter-library sharing, new electronic file transfer and reception, standardization, WeChat public account and website webpage archiving. Work laid the foundation. He emphasized that the construction of a provincial archives data center is a concrete measure to learn and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s inspection of the spirit of Zhejiang’s important speech and the important exposition of the “three directions” of archives work, to build a comprehensive cooperative and coordinated linkage mechanism for provincial, city and county archives, and to promote the province High-quality development of archives work. He said that the Archives Data Center will gather resource data such as the province’s open archives, people’s livelihood archives, thematic archives, as well as work data such as archives collection management, development and utilization, to build an intelligent display and service collaboration platform for the province’s archives, livelihood and open archives. Use service platforms to provide intelligent decision-making assistance platforms for treasury services.
